Rainbow Rewards Offer Terms

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

Rainbow Rewards is a promotional offer from [Company Legal Name] ("we," "our," or "us"), an independent Authorized Rainbow Distributor. Qualified households that complete an in-home Rainbow demonstration receive a travel certificate. These terms apply to every Rainbow Rewards offer, whatever getaway is being offered at the time.

This is not a sweepstakes or contest. There is no drawing and no winner. Every household that qualifies and completes a demonstration receives a certificate. No purchase is required, and buying a Rainbow does not change what you receive.

1. Who Qualifies

• The host must be at least 21 years old.
• You must live in our current service area, as shown in the ad, message or website you responded to.
• All adult decision-makers in the household must be present for the entire demonstration.
• You must meet any other qualifications stated in the ad or form you responded to, such as owning your home.
• Limit one certificate per household, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
• Employees of [Company Legal Name] and members of their households do not qualify.

2. How to Get Your Certificate

• Respond to one of our ads, messages or forms and answer a few qualifying questions.
• Schedule an in-home demonstration with our local team. Demonstrations usually take 60 to 90 minutes.
• Complete the full demonstration with all adult decision-makers present.
• Receive your certificate at the end of the demonstration, or by email or text shortly after.

A demonstration that is cut short, or that takes place without all adult decision-makers present, does not qualify.

3. Your Certificate

Which getaway you receive. You receive the getaway described in the ad, message or website at the time you booked your demonstration. The getaways we offer change from time to time and may include cruises, airfare, hotel stays, resort stays and other travel. When more than one option is offered, you choose one. We may substitute a getaway of comparable value when the one offered is no longer available.

Who provides the travel. Each certificate is fulfilled by an independent travel provider, not by us, Rexair LLC or any Rainbow company. We do not book travel. You activate and book directly with the provider named on your certificate. The terms printed on or included with your certificate control activation, booking, fees and travel. When those terms differ from these, the certificate terms apply to your booking and travel.

Travelers. Each certificate states how many travelers it covers. Most cover two adults. Some also cover up to two children.

No cash value. Certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold. Lost, stolen or expired certificates will not be replaced.

4. Costs You Pay

Your certificate covers only what it states. You are responsible for every other cost of your trip, which may include:

• A refundable deposit when you activate or register
• Reservation processing or booking fees, which may be charged per person
• Taxes, port charges, resort fees, cleaning fees and service fees
• Mandatory all-inclusive or meal plans that some resorts require
• Surcharges for peak, holiday or high-demand dates, and for certain ports, ships, airports or destinations
• Gratuities, meals, drinks and other personal expenses
• Transportation to and from the airport, port or resort, unless your certificate includes it
• Passports, travel documents and travel insurance

The travel provider discloses the exact amounts in your certificate terms and before you finalize a booking. Many providers require travelers to be 21 or older and to hold a major credit card.

5. Deadlines and Availability

• Activation. You must activate your certificate by the deadline printed on it. For many certificates, that is 21 days from the date you receive it.
• Travel. You must complete your travel by the deadline printed on your certificate. For many certificates, that is 18 months from the issue date.
• Availability. All travel is subject to availability at the time you book. Your preferred dates, destinations, ships or properties are not guaranteed.

A certificate that is not activated or used by its deadlines expires and cannot be extended or replaced.

6. Our Right to Change or End the Offer

• We may change, pause or end Rainbow Rewards, or change the getaways we offer, at any time. Changes do not affect certificates already issued.
• We may refuse or cancel a certificate for anyone who does not meet these terms, gives false information, or tries to receive more than one certificate.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

7. Limits on Our Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the acts, delays, cancellations, changes or failures of any travel provider, airline, cruise line, hotel or resort, or for any loss, injury or expense related to your travel. Rexair LLC and other Rainbow companies are not sponsors of this offer and are not responsible for it.

8. Facebook and Instagram

This offer is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By taking part, you release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any claims related to this offer.
